Meet The Host

I always knew I would host a fishing show. When I was young, I used to watch the Red Fisher Show and I knew then I wanted to host a show. I have been fishing my entire life and devoted most of it to the sport. I am passionate about my waters and the fish that take up residence there. I started guiding at an early age for the Toronto Star Great Salmon Hunt and from there my passion for the water convinced me to join the Navy. When I got out, I was guiding again on the other coast this time. I have spent time working for both the Freshwater Fisheries and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. I have volunteered many hours to a local Salmon Enhancement Association and have taken recently to helping others get more involved in the outdoors and the rehabilitation of our waterways. Fishing is a passion and through my show I hope to teach a little bit but still show you the passion of why we fish.
