Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Inc. is a group that was assembled in 2005 to help the emotional rehabilitation of disabled active duty military personnel and veterans through fly fishing and fly tying education outings. On this trip a group a Veterans partake in the 5th annual 2-Fly Tournament at Rose River Farm in Madison County, Virginia.
