This is a collection of my favorite fishing spots on the Georgia Coast.  I hope that all fishermen enjoy seeing them and the catches that they produce.

Roe Seatrout on the Coast of Georgia in May

In the merry month of May, Gene and I embarked on a fishing foray to get a few roe trout. We left the dock at 6:30 a.m. sharp and proceeded to the bait shop for live shrimp. The size was just right. Southern Kingfish AKA: Whiting are biting big time on the Georgia Saltwater Coast.

Road Trip of December 2011

The Whiting are biting off the Georgia Coast in the Saltwater holes.

This is the tale of a trip that I made on 3-15-12 for whiting.  I got them but a Stingray got me. It was in the hand and not life threatening.  It was so painful that I ended the trip but with a nice catch of whiting for Sunday dinner.  I had to get a tetanus shot and go on antibiotics for a week.  It was worth it.  Come on down and catch a mess of these great
