A Few Good Years!

Posted On February 04, 2012
Here are a few accomplishment!  over a few years, which I am proud to share with you.  I entered a tournament in 2004, SEBO, South Eastern Bass Open,  and placed 3rd! Wow!! I was hooked !  I joined Renegade Bass, in 2004 and 2005,  All though it is sometimes hard to find a steady partner, and I do not have a bassboat, I decided to fish as a co-angler! So I joined the Ottawa Valley South Bassmasters, which is a boater, non-boater ( co-angler} format, Its great! it gives a person an opportunity to compete that do not own a boat. So in 2008 I fished 5 events and placed  4th, 7th, 4th, 6th, 1st, and won my 1st event! I was thrilled, and ended up 6th overall for Angler of the year. 2009, I missed 1 event and fished 4 due to illness, but finised 2nd, 4th, 1st, 1st, and finished 5th overall. In 2010 so far my best!  5 events, First event! 3rd and big fish honors 4lbs9oz, Second event! 3rd and big fish honors 4lbs5oz. Third event! 3rd place, Fourth event! 4th , fifth event! 3rd again!! I could not believe it. I finished 2nd overall for angler of the year, and received a nice trophy for most improved angler In 2011, I finished 7th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd, 9th, and 8th overall not the best year, but hey! thats tournament angling, I'm really looking forward to the 2012 season! I can't wait.  you can find my stats on the Ottawa Valley South Bassmasters web site. sorry! for some reason I can not download pics? I get errors? so you can see them on www.bobkellyoutdoors.webs.com   Best Fishes!   Bob
