Nick Pujic has been fly fishing since the age of 14 and fishing long before that. In high school Nick made his first fishing video as a school project, and he hasn’t stopped pursuing either passion since. Nick is also a former Managing Editor of Canadian Fly Fisher Magazine and a professional photographer but these days prefers to focus on film projects and television series as the Executive Producer for Fly Max Films.
April Vokey lives in British Columbia and is an avid angler and steelhead, salmon and trout guide. She was born with an unexplainable passion for fishing. AS a young girl she coaxed her father into going fishing and by the age of sixteen, when she was old enough to drive, she was devoting all of her free time to her local rivers. She is passionate about Spey casting to wild steelhead, the environment and tying salmon and steelhead flies. She has made it her mission to encourage and introduce aspiring anglers to the sport, in hopes that it will bring them as much pleasure as it has brought her. She takes pride in being an eternal student of fly-fishing. April is a Federation of Fly Fishers Certified Casting Instructor and fly-fishing columnist. She is the Canadian field editor for Chasing Silver magazine and her works and photos can also be found in Salmon Trout Steelheader (STS), Field & Stream, Canadian Fly Fisher, Fly Fisherman, Fly Fishing & Tying Journal, Fly Fusion and several other international magazines. April is also a co-host on Fly Nation TV, and was a part of Fly Max from day one!
Since they can remember, brothers Naoto & Yoshi Aoki have had a deep connection with the outdoors. Both professional guides & photographers Naoto & Yoshi have travelled the Globe in pursuit of their love for the outdoors – and especially as it relates to fly fishing. Whether it be heading out on a cross-Canada road trip, or hiking to Aurora trout lakes deep in the Ontario bush, these two are about as hard-core as you can get!
Fishing since he could barely walk, Paul Castellano grew up in one of the most diverse fisheries in Canada – The Niagara River. Today, Paul is a full time professional guide, operating Cast Adventures in and around the Niagara region where he chases steelhead, lakers, bass, carp & muskie on the fly!
