Wade Middleton grew up in southern Oklahoma, where he developed a passion for the outdoors early in life. He hunted and fished the public lands around Lake Texoma and the Red River. He studied fisheries management and wildlife conservation, which were interrupted by a stint in the United States Air Force. After that, he turned to working full-time in the outdoors industry by becoming a hunting guide and outfitter in Mexico and the Southwest, and fishing the FLW Outdoors and BASS tournament trails. For the past 15 years, Wade has been part of Careco Multimedia, San Antonio, Texas.
