RECIPES SALMON Posted Nov 18, 2011 By: wfn Bob Izumi's Maple Crusted Pecan Salmon Here is a tasty fish recipe to try, courtesy of professional fishing icon Bob Izumi and his cookbook Real Cooking. Marinate: 2 hours Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 20 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 4 Salmon Fillets 1 cup (250 ml) Maple Liquor 2 tablespoons (30 ml) All-Purpose Seasoning Salt and Pepper, to taste 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Butter, melted ¼ cup (50 ml) White Wine Juice of ½ Lemon 1 cup (250 ml) Chopped Pecans Method Marinate salmon in maple liquor and all-purpose seasoning for 2 hours in a glass baking dish.
