(Photo courtesy of Kevin Daily) Ingredients: Your favorite fish 1/2 stick of butter Cajun Injection - Cajun Shake Seasoning McCormick Grill Mates - Roasted Garlic & Herb seasoning Preparation: Bring butter to a sizzle in a 12 inch cast iron skillet (don't let the butter burn). Place thawed meat or fish in skillet. Sprinkle lightly with Cajun Injection and Roasted Garlic and Herb seasonings. Cook for 3 minutes. Turn meat or fish over. Sprinkle lightly the other side with Cajun Injection and Roasted Garlic and Herb seasonings. Cook for another 3 minutes or until desired wellness.
