This is the Berkley Gulp Saltwater 3" Moulting Shrimp. I have worked this bait in both green murky water or brackish water. The best jig head to use is the D.O.A. C.A.L short shank color white or chartruse head. When using jig heads. (If I'm going shallow), I use a 1/4oz. jig head. If I'm going deep, I use a 3/8oz. jig head. If I'm going into a deep and strong current, I use from 1/2oz. to 1oz.

The wind picked up during the week and the storms moved in. Running to the north to get around the storms produced some good results. As the wind shifted to the east the bite picked up. Offshore the dorado bite was in 100-320 feet with good numbers of smaller fish. Kingfish were in 90-130. With the full moon and east wind the bite should turn on.
